Cinemagraph’s are still photographs with little motion – something like the pictures shown in the Harry Potter movies.
Recently Cinemagram was launched for iOS. Fotodanz is also a similar Cinemagram alternative for Android. It lets you make small GIFs (motion pictures) using your mobile’s camera.
Pros:
Very Easy to use.
GIFs are of small size.
Cons:
No option to edit a motion area after seeing a preview.
